Refund and Cancellation

Incorrect Delivery Information and cancellation :

As stated above,

1.If you have given us incorrect delivery information

or

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor .

we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. You will be given the opportunity to update the information up to 24 hour  before the delivery time .

2.If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you and acquire  new information.however, if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information,  we will not be able to issue a refund.

3.If any product is deliver in damage condition it should be informed within 24 hr 0f  delivery time no claim will be  entertained after 24 hr of delivery

4. In any case 2 attempts are non chargeable . after that you will liable to pay extra charges

5. Please note that Flowers and cakes are perishable products so no complaint will be entertained in case of delivery attempt

Refused Deliveries
If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.we will mark it as delivery attempt and inform you with the same if further information is given we will try to deliver again

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or packing is may possible  due to temporary ,regional or seasonal availability issues. In this  case first we will  inform you with the same and if we are unable to contact you we will ensure that the style theme and color of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Payment Processing Issues
If you provide us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment information, we cannot process your order. We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue, but you will be responsible for any issues arising as a result thereof.

Products and Images

Products only contain the items listed in the product description.Vases and other items are not included unless stated in the product description. Product photos of flower bouquets represent the average bouquet size, and may vary in minor ways (please see our Substitution Policy).Da Buds  is not responsible for decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
